Like much of the United States, Kansas is experiencing an aging demographic of farm operators and a decline in the number of farm operations. K-State Ag Economics launched the "Office of Farm and Ranch Transition" in 2022, aimed at providing all-encompassing services related to transition planning. This office now provides a land-link program, one-on-one consultation services, conferences and educational events, and two new on-campus classes. Join this session to learn and gather ideas to bring back to your own state based on our struggles, successes, and impact.
